Radiator Refix is a hi-tech product designed to provide Triple-Action servicing of the engine cooling system:
- Repairing small leaks.
- Lubricating the water pump.
- Keeping the system clean and protected.
Recommended for water cooled systems of all petrol and diesel engines.
Preventive and problem solving application.
ATTENTION: Do not open the cooling system while the engine is hot.
Radiator Refix is a hi-tech product designed to provide Triple-Action servicing of the engine cooling system:
Suitable for all diesel engines also equipped with Diesel Particle Filters (DPF) and grades of diesel fuel for reliable cold operation in severe winter conditions.
Add 25 ml per 25 litres of diesel fuel (1:1000). Add before filling up and before diesel fuel starts to freeze.
Suited for all diesel (including common rail) engines with or without turbocharger.
One bottle treats 40 to 60 liters of diesel. Pour into the fuel tank before refueling for the best mix. Do not overdose.
For all gasoline, diesel and LPG engines with or without turbochargers. Compatible with all mineral, semi-synthetic or full synthetic motor oils.
Prior to changing the motor oil, pour the contents of one bottle in the crank case of the warm engine. Let the engine run for 5-10 minutes to circulate the flush, alternatively at low and high rpm. Drain the oil from the crank case. Replace oil filter. Refill crank case with SYNTIX Lubricants motor oil for an optimal result.
The regeneration with DPF Regen runs in driving conditions, no special service operations are necessary. The advanced formula reduces the temperature at which the soot particles burn (oxidise). Natural temperature of ignition of the carbon deposits (600°C) is lowered by the chemical to about 400°C.
Use for both preventive and problem-solving treatment.
For all types of diesel engines including the latest generation directly injected with CRD, TDI, JTD, HDI,EGR, Diesel Particle Filter and catalyser. This treatment requires no disassembling.
Syntix specialists recommend to clean the DPF and injection system at least once a year.
Add the content (300ml) to the tank and add diesel fuel 30L to 50L of fuel.
Do a longer test-drive with the car so the DPF can take some time to clean itself properly.
Drive the vehicle several times at high load and high revs (>3000 rpm) in order to heat the exhaust system. Attention: Make sure to respect speed limits while treating.
