GREASES

High quality grease, formulated with highly refined mineral oil, thickened with complex lithium soap. Contains extreme pressure antioxidant and anticorrosive additives. It has been especially developed for the lubrication of industrial machinery elements where there are temperatures of up to 140 ºC and with point temperatures of 160 ºC.
• A lubricating grease for all types of mechanisms and bearings which are subject to high temperatures and which perform in conditions with heavy loads and pressures (sifter bearings, presses, ceramic and waste furnaces, mills, etc.).
• Lubrication of vibrating rollers, asphalt spreaders, heat source coupling, roller boxes guide in lamination, etc.

Grasa Complex Synt is a grease formulated with PAO-based synthetic oils and a lithium complex soap-based thickener.
The type of thickener and additives used give it extraordinary corrosion-resistant, oxidation-resistant and antiwear characteristics. It also has excellent mechanical stability, adhesiveness and water-resistance.

Calcium Sulphonate is a high-performance multipurpose grease formulated with highly refined mineral base oils and thickener based on complex calcium sulphonate. The nature of the thickening agent used gives it extraordinary anticorrosion and extreme pressure characteristics. The careful selection of additives provides good additional rust-resistance properties and mechanical stability.

Grasa OGL is a grease specially designed for lubricating open gears and cogs, formulated with very highly refined paraffinic oil, synthetic polymers and aluminium complex soap thickener, which together with a suitable combination of additives and solids make this grease ideal for protecting the perfect geometry of the gears in high-tonnage mills and furnaces.

Grasa Hammer is a grease formulated with a semi-synthetic base oil and lithium complex soap thickener, giving it good melt resistance at high temperatures; it also includes solid additives (copper, molybdenum disulphide) and a special EP additivation giving it outstanding antiseize properties at very high working temperatures.
