These lubricants contain specific additives that endow them with significant extreme pressure and anti-wear properties.

This ester-based synthetic lubricant is designed for use at high temperatures with high loads. It is recommended for reciprocal compressors with extreme working conditions, for rotary vane compressors and screw compressors where the fluid can extend the period between oil changes. It can also be used in vacuum pumps and inert gas compressors.

Semi-synthetic lubricating fluid improved with extreme pressure additives to perform in machinery similar to our conventional oil but it is categorized by the NSF as an H1 lubricant. It stands out for its excellent oxidative stability and great anti-rust and anti-wear properties.

FG GEAR SYNTH was developed for use in facilities with extreme temperature and load-bearing operations. It is formulated with a 100% synthetic base to create a lubricant that performs excellently at extreme pressures and temperatures.

This range of lubricants is specially designed for use in hydraulic circuits requiring fluids with anti-wear properties. They are manufactured from a mixture of highly-refined mineral base oils and high-quality regenerated base oils that are carefully treated and purified. Specific additives have also been selected to enhance their anti-wear properties.

This is a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid formulated from ester bases which can be classified as an HFDU fluid under the ISO 6743/4 standard. It is a fluid specially formulated for use in systems where there is a high risk of fire.

This fluid is synthetic and completely water-free, and complies with the tests stipulated in the 7th Luxembourg Protocol.

This product is particularly suitable for use in hot, rapid quenching, where the bath temperature is between 150 and 180°C (302 and 356°F) and even higher if there is an enclosed atmosphere. This kind of lubricant is used with carbon or low alloy steel.

This is a natural paraffin mineral oil with low viscosity, formulated with highly refined base oils, which provide the properties required to operate in the difficult conditions needed for the normal quenching of steel when rapid quenching is not needed. This kind of oil is used with steel alloys and is formulated to last a long time.

Continued casting oil with synthetic technology that improves the surface finish of ingots in facilities that work with carbon or low-alloy steels at temperatures of over 120°C in the bath. This oil has an intermediate viscosity, which guarantees the correct lubrication of the ingot mold and minimizes the residue produced when it burns.

If you’re looking for a pure cutting oil, then IBERCUT 12 AM is just the thing you’re looking for: a pure lubricant with paraffin base oils and additives that are suitable for steel honing. One of its requirements its that it needs deposits to be cleaned prior to being introduced. After doing so, you’ll prevent “oil mist”, chip soldering, and seizing up, providing protection and extending lifespan.

The pure cutting oil IBERCUT 30 A is formulated using highly refined natural paraffin mineral base oils that make it a great lubricant, with the film resistance needed in medium-to-high difficulty operations, thus avoiding chip soldering and the seizing up of tools. It is particularly recommended for thread work, rigging, etc. of medium-hard stainless steel, but never for soft, yellow metals.

For jobs with high-density steel, and, more specifically, threading, bolting, and broaching of stainless steel, at Repsol, we have the pure cutting oil IBERCUT 20 A. Its paraffin base oils provide it with a high flash point to prevent risks, smoke formation, and chip soldering.

IBERCUT 20 C is a pure cutting oil formulated with refined paraffin base oils and a number of additives. It is intended for general machine operations involving steel and alloys that require effective cooling while maintaining a good finish, as its transparency and allows the machinery to be seen. Its cooling qualities extend the lifespan of tools, its low flash point prevents fires, and it does not stain aluminum or copper components.

The lubricant IBERCUT EDM is formulated for cooling, lubricating, and separating the micro-chips that appear in spark erosion work. It is a very light fluid with a high refining level, odorless, glossy, and transparent. This product is suitable for steel honing, due to its low volatility, flammability, and toxicity.

The lubricant METAL 200 is a light fluid used to polish ferritic and austenitic stainless steels with low carbon content due to its low viscosity and flash point, their excellent resistance to aging, oxidation, and corrosion. In addition, degreasing this lubricant is easy.

DESMOLDOIL A is an ideal lubricant for a wide range of uses requiring water-based demolding.

The range of DESMOLDOIL products has been carefully analysed to guarantee compliance with our customers’ demands in relation to all kinds of applications and finishes (pieces of concrete, formwork, etc.) on any kind of surface, such as wood, iron, etc.

The lubricant LAMINOX 1197 is used primarily for cold rolling of ferritic and austenitic stainless steels with low carbon content. This is a very light lubricant due its refining process and is known for its low viscosity, perfect lubrication in rollers, ease of degreasing, and for lowering the risk of stains.

At Repsol, we have developed LAMINOX G 3000 for cold rolling that requires an enhanced lubricant with high load capacity, is resistant to oxidation, prevents deposit formation, and filters easily. It is a very light and highly-refined lubricant with additives specialized in stainless steel.

The lubricant LAMINOX G 50 is a very light fluid used primarily for cold rolling of ferritic and austenitic stainless steels with low carbon content. Unlike the other lubricants in the LAMINOX range, it is formulated to reduce viscosity as much as possible.

TREFI 20 is a hydraulic lubricant for deforming, stretching, and wiredrawing ferrous and non-ferrous stainless steels. This lubricant is made with highly refined, carefully selected paraffin base oils to considerably improve its properties, such as its outstanding greasiness and its lubricity which reduce wear and protects tools.

The lubricant HELEN is produced with a mix of paraffin and synthetic base oils, designed to lubricate cylinders in steam machinery. It is recommended for this use due to its greasiness, its high flash point, its minimal losses from volatility, and low amount of soot residue.

In order to comply with the requirements of the different turbine manufacturers in terms of oxidation resistance, Repsol has developed a lubricant with excellent TOST and RPVOT values in line with the strictest regulations.
